I was wondering if usage of essential oil in beer can be harmful?
I'm talking about 100% pure essential oils used for aromatherapy/diffusers.
I'm thinking of experimenting with adding essential oil into secondary or when bottling. For example citrus or pine, etc.
I understand the oil could kill the head and not mix well with the beer – but what about mixing the oil with vodka and then adding to secondary? Or maybe just add before the end of boil?
