Adding a tap--secondary regulator?

Well, I've spent the past hour searching old threads, and I still haven't answered my own question. So if it's somewhere else, I apologize...

I currently have a minifridge that I converted into a single tap-kegerator last year. I'm now ready to add a second tap. Can someone point me in the direction of a good secondary regulator that will allow me to independently adjust the pressure on each keg? Thanks.

Well, if I have a hefeweizen and a stout on tap, I'll probably want to serve at different pressures, right?

Micromatic has a dual secondary for $179--that seems extremely high to me. Wouldn't it just be more cost efficient to get a Dual Body Regulator for $120 and replace the single body regulator with it?

Your hef would run off the regulator you have now from a tee between it and the secondary. Then your lower pressure beer would run off the new secondary.

Edit: Not al you need, but the minimum at least

Ah, gotcha. Thanks. So I just go Tank--primary regulator--tap 1--secondary regulator--tap 2? Sounds good.

Yes. Keep in mind that this is not how you would find it set up in a large bar. They would use a primary set at 30-35 psi, serve the hef off a secondary and the stout off of another secondary. But in a home bar setting it will be fine.

Looks like good enough prices on the new stuff. But I wouldn't want to risk the used items as there is no way of telling how much life is left in the diaphrams.

If you just go flex line between the regs, you can put one of these in the middle.

Look around Lowes, local hardware stores, etc. These as well as other fittings can be found locally.

OK, sounds good.

So I'm going to grab a shank, faucet, secondary reg, and a corny keg for $101 from Chi. Shipping is $35, but worth it, as the same stuff minus the corny keg, is $109 shipped from Micromatic.

I'll get the splitter (or equivalent) from a hardware store and the hose from Lowes and/or my LHBS.
