Hi
I added apple 5 cans apple juice concentrate and 2 packets champagne yeast to an already once fermented 5 gallon batch of cider already at appx 3-4% abv (no did not take gravity). No real sign of yeast doing its magic yet and it's been 48 hours since new yeast was put in. No fermentation type smell pertruding. Does anyone know any reason why this is happening?
Thanks.

Improper yeast rehydration.
Just checked back after 7 hours and there's some activity.
Should I be worried because it isn't as active as it was during the first fermentation or should I just be patient?
Anything to worry about?
Thanks.

There could be fermentation-related off flavors, but it's probably no use worrying about that now.
