Active fermentation without blowoff

My fermentation took off like mad overnight, and it's starting to flow into the airlock. Is there anything I can do about it now to save my beer, or is it too late?

Take the airlock off, clean it, sanitize it...put it back on. Repeat if necessary.

Your beer is fine.
