Accidental top-crop harvest

I checked on my RIS today and was amused to see a fat, creamy layer of yeast on the bottom of my blowoff tank. I've done starters that made less yeast than that

Coming off of a RIS, eh? Is it a risk to set that aside in a sterilized mason jar to use as a starter for a future brew?
