I am starting my first batch of cider:
- one gallon cider
- three liters pumpkin cider
- one hopped LME can from mr beer (light ale)
- ale yeast that came with mr beer
- two liters of water
What do you guys think? Also, I read somewhere that a little hops in cider and some malt make it a little sweeter and finish faster.
Also, what temperature and for how long should I steep the wort?
