Hey all, steeping grains atm, I'm making Gold Digger Blonde, 10gls. recipe says 5AAU's, I am using Mt Hood at 5.1% and have two oz. is that enough? thanks a ton,,Deanerator

If your recipe calls for 5AAU, that's 5% Alpha Acid Units and is referring to the rating of the hops. The AAU of the hops and how much of them earlier in the boil you use will affect your total IBU outcome (International Bittering Units).

The recipe should call for weight of hops + AAU (in a % usually).
