I'm in the process of setting up a temperature control system for my fermentations and I have a couple of questions for the experts here. Can I use two A419 controllers (one wired into my freezer and one wired to my fermwrap) to accurately control the temp? Or is there a more sensible way to accomplish this? My instinct is to attach probes to the middle of the freezer wall and the outside of my carboy, but I'm concerned that this may cause the freezer to overcycle. Any suggestions appreciated!
