I cooled 1 each of the Blonde Ales... Pretty good, very drinkable. Two entirely different beers though. The 2-row version is biscuity, the pilsner version is wheat forward. Not sure which I'll like better, but I'm sure they'll both end up in my belly, and in the bellies of friends.
I'll probably want to adjust the recipies though. Add a little of this, a little of that... try to get a good recipe going. These were very simple recipes... 10lb base malt, 1 lb wheat, 1 lb flaked oats. Hallitau at 60, 10, and 7 day dry hop. I believe Safeale 05 in both.
