Have been a member for YEARS however I can no longer get into my old account because I dont get the verification emails after multiple reset requests and so I had to start over with a new name/email.

Homebrewer since 2006, got into the commercial beer/distiling side of things in 2022, managed a LHBS for 2 years before it shuttered its doors, worked with commercial equipment sales and am now a head brewer for commercial kombucha. "I know a thing or two because Ive seen a thing or two".

The wife started some kombucha brewing at home... but we were always tired from it and worked out we were brewing some alcohol as well.
