Hi genius!

A question for METRIC system.

How much sugar (grams) do i need to add to 1 Liter of water to raise the SG by 10 points. Lets say from 1060 to 1070?

Cheers

Back of the envelope:
Table sugar is ~ 46.21 ppg, so it's ~ 386 points per kg per liter.
Or 0.386 points per gram per liter.
So 10 points in a liter would need 10 / .386 = ~26 grams

Note: this ignores the volume added by the sugar.
