A little out of the secondary?

Gentlemen,

I was out working in the knife shop today
and since I was out of beer I re-racked a bucket out of a secondary.
It tasted real good and I sat there and got hammered.
I was impressed.
It was so good in fact I wanted to mention it to the brewing gang.
Now I like settled carbonated beer and ale too.
But think about it, the alcohol is there after a week.
if it tastes alright and saves time bottling, washing and such,
why not just drink a bit out of one of the secondarys?

.........because...........thats why. just carb it and be normal lol...although I did get kinda buzzed sampling my test batches of mead.
