I've only used this site once before for some tips on making a home-grown/home-made Blackberry Cider.
I've been all-grain brewing for 2/3 years now but never used a site like this for tips (usually used books or friends)
I am currently studying a degree in Brewing and Distilling at Heriot Watt Universtiy (Edinburgh, Scotland).
I'm really appreciating the help and advice from everyone using this site; I've just posted a recipe i need some help on under the topic of 'Recipes/Ingredients' called 'Irish Red Ale', and i'd really appreciate any help you can give.
