I am brewing a Dead Guy Ale recipe that I got from the following link....

http://youcanbrewit.com/rogue-dead-guy-ale-extract-all-grain-recipe-clone

I ordered all of the ingredients and after looking at the grain bill again it seems like there is a lot of sugar going into this beer. According to the qbrew software I downloaded the starting gravity will be around 1.71 and a bitterness of around 42. I am afraid that it will turn out unpleasant.....Any thoughts on changes from the experienced brewers out there would be great.

I'd say that's fairly close. Dead guy is about 1.065 and 40 IBU so with it being an extract kit I say brew it as is. Good luck and post your results!
