I've purchased a grain mill finally. I got the barley crusher with the 15lb hopper.

To celebrate, I bought a ****un of grain. Well... for this tiny brew house it's a ****un. Enough for 8 beers. That's alot for this guy. I even bought my first 55 lb bag of grain. Several firsts this year for me. I really expected to try my hand at a lager and a double decoction, but that's going to have to wait. The grain mill was important to me. I like the idea of buying in bulk, and just didn't see how I'd be able to with having to buy crushed grain.

I'm actually taking some brewhouse PTO (PTO days that will be used to brew beer).

I just recently started using a bc mill I got over a year ago. Love it so far!

Love mine too and recommend using a gap measurement tool from an auto shop or the like as it is so simple to check the spacing before each and every brew. No regrets at all with the big hopper as it holds grain for 5 gallon brews up to 9% in abv no probs. Enjoy!
