Random question, but I'm considering the purchase of a 7 Gallon SS Brewtech Conical and was hoping someone who has one could measure for me the distance from the top tri clamp port to the 5 gallon mark inside (roughly is fine) as well as measure the distance from the top tri clamp port to the bottom of the cone. Thank you in advance!

Random and totally of topic but take a look at the spike unitank before you make your purchase. It's often the sameish price as the as conicals and a much bigger upgrade as it's pressurizable. The brewers in our club that bought non pressurable conicals all say they regretted not going to the unitank in hindsight. Cheers

Thanks, I will look into those, also debating going for the 14 gallon, I only brew 5 gallon batches now but I built my system large enough to do 10 gallon batches, just don't know if I ever will or if its worth the extra head space / space the unit takes up...
