So... like the title says... there is still a big lid of krausen over my beer and I want to pitch my dry hop. Never seen this before but I guess that my hops will float on the krausen...

Its a PINK NEIPA I brewed for my brother's wife birthday with London Ale 3 at 71F.

Didnt took any gravity measurements yet but I am confident that everything is good.

Any solutions ? Thanks !!
 
So, I'm going to prefice this with this: my example is a different beer and a different yeast. However, I recently just did a belgian blonde where I thought for sure it was done fermenting at 10 days and there was still some thick krausen on top. I took a sample and come to find out, it was still fermenting. Only had 2-3 points left to go, but was still going.

3 days later, krausen had dropped on it's own without any assistance from me and after taken another gravity reading, it was at FG.

The reason for the novel is if I had to guess, your NEIPA is still fermenting. Maybe doesn't have much more to go, but after 7 days, it's a good possibility it's still going.

Your question, though, is how do you get the hops to submerge with the krausen. You can add the dry hops, seal up the carboy, and give it a gentle swirl to break up the krausen and submerge the hops. As long as you aren't shaking the carboy and you're only doing a gentle swirl, it'll be ok.
