Wow, I guess I am lucky here. My LHBS orders me in whole bags of British Marris Otter for $.80 a pound. Plus NO shipping charge - just pick 'er up.

Another nice thing about him, he charges the same price if you buy it by the pound!

Yep, you can pick up there. The downside is, they're only open business hours - 8am-5pm, M-F. But if you or someone you know can get a couple hours free, it's worth it.
