I just received another spa panel in the mail, this one is 60a and the other ones I have seen are 50a. Ita identical but the connections are different than the pictures and wiring diagrams I have seen on the internet.

Instead of all 4 connections being in line, I have two on the top, and two on the bottom.

How do I wire it properly in this configuration?

Thanks

I don't know what you mean when you say "two on the top". This panel does have another two positions for breakers that you won't use up top but that's not anything you'll be concerned with. The two incoming hots go to the large screw down lugs on the bottom left in the pic. The incoming neutral goes to the that white pigtail and the ground goes to that screw terminal on the right.

Outgoing wires: green on the same ground terminal on the right then the two hots and neutral attach to the right side of the breaker on the appropriate terminals.

Sorry, i just realized i didn't describe that well...I don't know which terminals on the breakers...

On each of the black breaker, my two connections points are vertical, one connection point on the top and one on the bottom whereas on the 50a breaker they are side by side

This one has three connections all along the top of the two black breakers:

Mine has two along the top (circled) and two on the bottom (can't see in the picture)

Am I crazy? The 60a and 50a look different so I'm assuming the terminals are a bit different too. Ill see if I can contact the manufacturer for a wiring diagram

terminals near the top of the breaker (bottom of photo) is your two incoming hots (line side). terminals on the bottom of the breaker (circled) are the two outgoing hots (load side). incoming ground and ground out to load get terminated on the ground bar. it doesn't appear if there is a neutral terminal on the 60 amp breaker, for connection of your load-side neutral (the one that goes to the brew panel). it could be that this particular panel is configured such that the 240 volt outgoing feed is two-wire only (no neutral). it should be geared up to accept an incoming neutral though, since there are spots for single-pole breakers in the panel (empty spaces at top of photo). unless it is cutoff in the photo, it doesn't appear you have an isolated neutral bar in the panel. you don't automatically need one, since you can wire-nut the neutrals together but it does seem odd there would not be a bar.

do you have a model number of this panel?

It appears that there is a neutral pigtail exiting the breaker which would indicate that a third, neutral terminal should exist on the breaker.

stever1000, is there a third terminal on the breaker?

BTW stever1000, the top photo in your most recent post of a panel with a 50a breaker doesn't appear to be wired correctly. The load neutral (top one of the three on the neutral bus bar) should be attached to the breaker neutral terminal, not the neutral bus bar. The breaker's neutral pigtail should be connected to the neutral bus bar along with the supply neutral, as it appears in the photo.

Here is a better photo... there appears to be two terminals on the top, and one on the right.
What would be the proper order of connection?

The entire panel:

First photo: The load neutral should be attached to the lower terminal marked with a white dot. The two load hots attach to the two upper terminals.

Second photo: The supply hots should be attached to the two screw terminals on the middle left. The supply neutral and the white pigtail from the breaker, attaches to the neutral bus bar at the bottom left. The load ground and supply ground attach to the grounded bus bar on the right.

Just wanted to chime in. What raouliii says is exactly right. I have the same sub-panel and breaker. It is wired exactly as he says.

Wired it up tonight. Not as nice as others but i think it should make beer.
supply from my oven comes in the top, load to the brew panel through the bottom. Wired as you guys suggested, thanks!
