hi,

i got a Baron Redwood ale Kit. Its been sitting in my friend basement for at least 6 years. Its a liquid mix that come in a bag. i know that the yeast and hop will not be good but i wonder if the mix still good. Theres no exp. date on it. Any idea if its still good?

I would imagine. I guess at this point there's no harm in trying. If it smells funky, I probably wouldn't brew it, but otherwise, for a few bucks you pick up some fresh hops and yeast.

Personally, I wouldn't brew with six year old ingredients. But that's just me. BTW, cross posting the same post in three different areas is going to get two of them deleted. You only need to post your questions in one area to get an answer. :)
