So I have a couple of 6.5 gallon fermenting buckets that I might need to put into a secondary. (Zombie Dust at 7 days ready for dryhop, Graham Cracker ale at 14 days, debating on seconday mainly because of worries about flavor sitting on graham crackers)
I know the headspace is an issue, I considered filling them with co2 before the racking. Will that co2 just get absorbed eventually into the wort without any additional pressure? Or will it sit nicely like a blanket of oxygen barrier until I keg?
