5g Corny Keg nitro usage?

I have cold brew coffee in 5 gallon corny kegs. I'm using about 1 5lb nitro bottle per 2 corny kegs, seems excessive to me. I know the pressure is higher than beer, but is this excessive nitro use?

Are you straight Nitrogen or are you using the beer mix with the added C02?

Question: how many ounces of ground coffee did you use per gallon?
I'm thinking about making either 5 gallons or 2.5 gallons of nitro cold brew, depending on what torpedo keg I purchase. Also, how long will it last in the keg under nitro?
