Looking for input on my wiring diagram. I'm going to be using an EZboil PID to control 2x 5500w elements for 15-20 gallon biab batches. The sight glass level sensor is intended to drop out both element contractors to prevent dry firing.
I've updated a drawing with a 2nd rev of the system, added some functionality including a 2nd temp controller just for monitoring (sight glass vs pump inlet probes), and moved the contactors before the ssrs.

I've only tested it on the side of my Keurig tank so far, works pretty well. I have it wired to latch in and stay on regardless of level after the initial check for level. This is to prevent jitter during the boil with steam bubbles going through the sight glass
