I've resolved to brew only full body to heavy beers that are 50% wheat until at least January 20th 2021. I call them "half wit" beers. I will use no crystal or dark malts, as I want them to have that distinctive yellow color. I'm shooting for a loose floppy yellow head, and a course vulgar mouth. Every brew will have at least some pork. A brew that offends the senses, and leaves you walking away shaking your head and wanting to wash your hands. This first one named DT1 will have 1/2 pound of bananas per gallon added to the secondary. It should save considerably on cost of materials, as I can buy wheat on farm for next to nothing. I'll try my hand at malting.
