Looking for a diagram for a 50 amp control panel. I would like a 5500w element in the HLT and two 4500 watt elements in the brew kettle. I would also like to be able to turn one or both elements on or off in the BK. I ordered two 30g kettles and a 42 gallon kettle. I want to be able to do 20 gallon batches as well as 1bbl.
On the smaller batches, if I want to do a back to back brew, I want to be able to run the BK and the HLT at the same time. On 1BBL brews, I want to be able to use both 4500k elements. I also want controls for two pumps. Only need one PID and would like an Auber Timer. I have an electrician to wire it up, just need a good diagram.
