Have you made the Saison wine combination? I'm interested in this beer

Not yet. I have two batches, including this one, on deck. I should be brewing one this coming weekend, but cannot decide which should go first. The recipe is the 'Antithesis' kit from Northern Brewer. Thinking of the combination of sauvignon blanc with WY3711 makes my mouth water. The description of Nelson Sauvin hops sounds like they'll add a nice pop of flavor as well.

1. Centennial Blonde (kegged last week)
2. Black IPA (bottled yesterday)
3. Hefeweizen
4. Saison
5. Skeeter Pee (a batch every 2 weeks :D)

My next few brews will be:
Vienna Lager (already fermenting but will probably still be in the keg by the time summer starts)
Hefeweizen
Berliner Weisse (probably a split batch from hefe grist)
ESB (not specifically for summer, but for a competition in June)
Mosaic-Centennial Pale ale
and there'll probably be something high gravity thrown in there too that will be aged til winter
