Think these are food safe? They appear to be all nylon and say rated up to 100C That would make the cost of a fully automated system fairly reasonable.

Not motorized just a solenoid. Its straight pipe thread and not NPT. 12v is an odd LV, usually 24v

Those are pilot operated (some call it servo) and not made for sticky wort, will gum up the top of diaphragm.
The flow rate may be a big problem, no CV rating given or orifice size.
Most of those can't handle back pressure, I used similar valves in an automated washer.
