Hi , this is my first ever time brewing
i started with a American mocha porter , followed all the steps correctly but i don't see much activity , krausen seem minimal.
Here is a photo not sure if something is wrong.

Looks like it's working to me. Every beer is different. If you're really worried, take a gravity reading and check that it's going down.
 
The krausen is dropping indicated by the dry debris ring above your beer. Fermentation is beginning to finish. Take a SG reading in a week. Look for suspended sediment and CO2 bubbles in your test tube. Let the sample go flat or spin the hydrometer to free it of CO2 bubbles for a more accurate SG.
