So, I just realized I never shared my 3D printed tap handles.. it is still a work in progress as I'm planning on changing out a few, but overall, I'm very pleased!

DAMN John! Looks outstanding! Lets see a few more picts of the cooling unit you are using for your bar. with 12 beers..It has got to be amazing..

How did you get your 3D stuff to look so smooth?

Cheers
Jay

Hey there Jaybird! Long time, no talk..Check out post #331 in this thread for some photos of the kegerator during my bar build: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/showthread.php?t=164889

That's a 26 cu ft chest freezer under the tap tower. It holds 12 corny kegs perfectly.. however, I only keep about 4 beers on tap these days. :)

The tap handles are made of ABS plastic and went through an "acetone bath".. 10-30 seconds in acetone steam will do wonders smoothing them out.

Only 12, sure its 26 c/f? I bought a large chest freezer off craigslist that i believe is 22-25 c/f (73" long by forget how wide, outside ofc so lose a few inches inside) but i had calculated i could fit 19-20 ball lock kegs plus 2 on the compressor hump.
