HLT w/ copper pick up tube and 1/2” brass ball valve, Taylor industrial grade thermometer and custom site glass.
Mash Tun w/ false bottom and same pick up tube and valve and also has Taylor industrial grade thermometer.
Boil Kettle w/ lid and copper pickup tube and 1/2” brass ball valve.
Brew Structure is 1 ½” sq tubular steel construction. It is equipped with 3 propane burners that are controlled individually by their own gas valves.
Dimensions: 94”H x 48”W x 27”D
It is on casters for ease of movement. Can easily be moved with one hand.
Also available is a 5/10 split copper wort chiller w/ associated hoses.
The stainless steel kegs are 15 gallon capacity and capable of brewing 5 or 10 gallon all-grain batches.
The ball valves thread into a welded stainless steel coupling on each keg.
