I have three Perlick faucets for sale. I bought a keezer that had these attached and do not need them.
Disclaimer: I know one has a slow drip when I hooked my beer lines up to it. A slight push back on the handle and the drip stopped. I didn't have any others hooked up, so I can't say if they need any adjusting or rebuilding.
If needed, I'll ship for $5.
