3 better bottles. what now? :)

I scored 3 better bottles today and picked up stopers and airlocks for each.
I have 5 gal of porter in a primary, 5 gal of acài blueberry wheat and another
5 gal of ed worts apfelwein in carboys. Any suggestions on a few beers?

If I just got 3 new fermentors, I would probably brew something big and use one of them to age it in.
