you know im gonna bottle it and drink it.
I'm assuming that adding a pack of yeast into the bottling bucket will help keep it from growing in the bottle?
 
Bottle it and keep it for all your friends who steal your brew. perhaps they wont like it and it will keep them from abusing your art.
