Goin to do my 2nd batch thomas cooper ipa with a hop tea any sugestions on what type of hops I should use and was thinking of adding a 750ml bottle of jack daniels tennessee honey to it what do you guys think

A whole bottle of Tennesy honey is def too much. I'd say no more than 1 cup. If you like citrus flavors from hops usually used in IPA's,then Columbus,Amarillo,Citra,Cascade,& the like give grapefruit flavors, among others.

Started it today not going to add anything else to it I did do a centenial and cascade hop tea used white labs california ale yeast that I put in a starter yesterday
