I am putting my all-grain set up together and I need to get an immersion chiller. I have a 60 qt stock pot that I'm going to use as my kettle. I will be brewing 5 gallon batches. Can I get a 25' immersion chiller or would it be best to go with a 50' chiller?

Run the water for 2-3 minutes and check the temperature. If it's over 70F, you'll be much better off with the larger chiller. The chiller is one thing you have to size for the worst conditions.
