24hours of light

I put my rhizomes under 24 hours of light for the past 10 days. should i see shoots coming up sooner than 3 weeks?

Ummmm, pretty sure light only comes into play once the shoots come out of the ground... Until then, it's more about the soil...

its the heat from the light that helps them come up. i just figured someone had some experience starting them indoor

yeah, once they are up , keep the lights on all the time till they go outside. they will still only be getting about 1/14th the energy of the sun, but it should be enough to get them up and healthy.
