Dear SARA's Cellar Members,
Your third allotment of 2018 will be ready for pickup starting Saturday, September 29th, 2018 at our Capitola location only (not the Portal)!!! You'll be receiving three (3) bottles with this allotment, including A Thousand Summers, a Saison aged on Matsumoto Farms "Summer Grand" Nectarines in Frederiksdal cherry wine french oak puncheons (club only), Orphanage, a blend of 1 and 2 year old Saison, and Westly, our beloved Barrel-aged Saison with copious amounts of Apricots.
In addition to the above, you will have the ability to buy (while supplies last) two (2) extra A Thousand Summers ($35), two (2) extra Orphanage ($25), and one (1) extra Westly ($30). All extras must be paid for in person.
Needless to say, we're pretty excited about this allotment!!! We are so grateful for your support of our brewery and this community, now and always. Sante!
So after this, we still have two more club-only beers, right?Interesting that Westly isn't club-only, and A Thousand Summers sounds awesome.
and expensive! surprised it’s more than westly, could it be the fred barrels? i’m super excited to try that one, plus we can buy 2 more!Interesting that Westly isn't club-only, and A Thousand Summers sounds awesome.
Honestly, it could be both the fruit and the barrels. It's rare for them to name the source of either their fruit or barrels unless it's really special.and expensive! surprised it’s more than westly, could it be the fred barrels? i’m super excited to try that one, plus we can buy 2 more!
with westly being available at HF for a month now i’m pretty sure there will be a public release at some point
didn’t someone say their was a triple westly in barrels?

Where does it say Orphanage is club-only?One more. The 5 out of 6 so far have been...
• Little Engine (Q1)
• Bridges Built (Q1)
• Like Minds (Q2)
• A Thousand Summers (Q3)
• Orphanage (Q3)

It doesn't, but that could be an oversight.Where does it say Orphanage is club-only?
That's usually fine. They hold the previous quarter through release of next allocation, which is unlikely to drop before December.how long is the "while supplies last" period? wondering if I can get the full allotment of extras if I wait to pick up in person in late Nov.

Y'all hype up on that stonefruit. I'll be sitting back with that Orphanage.
Concerned about this as well. Don’t think they’ve ever used that language in the past. Or am I wrong?how long is the "while supplies last" period? wondering if I can get the full allotment of extras if I wait to pick up in person in late Nov.

And the labels look great, per usual:Indeed it was an oversight on my part. If it's got the special club label, it's club only.
Sorry for the confusion.
i’m feelin a side by side soon!im very curious about how similar or different Orphanage and Then Again are
two barrels that were completely forgotten about, perhaps?i’m feelin a side by side soon!
there has to something different, the price to me indicates they are picking some specific barrels for orphanage. the name alone makes you wonder what barrels they used
