Not trying to hijack the thread but I've been brewing on a Sabco for about a year. I purchased used and it was converted to 30 gal. Blichmann Kettles so I can do almost a 1bbl(.93 to be exact). I've produced the most consistent beers I've ever brewed with this system. I hit my numbers 99% of the time and my brew house efficiency is around 85% which is unheard of. His price is a steal and I would highly recommend buying it if its in great shape. You won't be disappointed.
