To style but didnt like too much. Was pretty boring, i know maibock are only lightly hopped, but maybe i should increase the water in the boil next time to tame the sweet/maltiness of this one and maybe ferment at cooler. Also the head was non-existent, again maybe due to lack of hop extraction.
