1) When naturally carbonating/keg conditioning in a corny, do I need to leave a few inches of headspace in keg? If so, how much?
2) Will this process gunk up my clear beer draught system? I'd prefer not to keg condition, then have to transfer to another keg.
This will be my first time keg conditioning and using the clear beer thingamajig, so any tips would be appreciated.
