Hey yalls. Doing my first batch using Orange Honey. I know the honey has some more complex sugars and usually people say to add the honey to the primary after the first few days, however, im not going for a strong honey flavor. Im going for more of a drying effect with some honey notes. So, i was thinking of adding 1# of honey at 5 minutes (using 6-7lbs of wheat malt and steeping .5# of crystal). Will one pack of dry american ale yeast be suffecient or should I pitch two?
