It seems stupid to ask , however I'm trying to free up space in my basement/brewing lab
Right now I have 2-3gallons batches of lager.
Would there be any harm in transferring both of them into the same 6 gallon carboy for the secondary.?

No problem. How far along are they in the fermentation process? Ideally you'd be filling the new carboy almost up to the neck if it is for secondary fermentation to avoid oxidation, but you could also flush with some co2, or top off with some fresh wart if you are making another batch, or maybe even add a little sanitized(boiled) sugar (or honey) water in order to have it flush itself with some fresh fermentables.

That's what I thought ,
Its been 2.5 weeks still got a little ways to go before I do the transfer

,one second fermentation?

I think it is going to take a little longer than one second to ferment a beer..

hahahaha,,

On a more serious note. Yes it will be fine to combine them.
