now that its getting cooler i decided its time to do a lager, let me know if anyone has any suggestions on my recipe, not really sure what style of beer this is going to be considered:
6.6 lbs Munich LME
2 lbs Light DME
1/2 lb Vienna steeped for 30 minutes at 150F
1/2 lb victory steeped for 30 minutes at 150F
1 oz Northern Brewer 60 minutes
1 out Hallertauer 10 minutes
Wyeast 2112 California Lager 63-68 degrees F.
