1st day with new MLT, any suggestons?

I picked up a 7gal converted keg with a false bottom and spigot last week and can't wait to try it out! can anyone recommend a simple partial mash recipe that will justify this purchase to my wife? nothing fancy, just good beer.

+1 with Ed's Haus Ale it was my first all-grain and it was and still is a big hit with the wife and everyone else I know that has tried it.
