It's an all extract Czech pisner was kinda worried but just followed the directions (with a few minor tweeks- new yeast and a yeast nuetrient in place of the packaged crap) and now she's in the ferrmenter. now the wait.......it's like watchin eggs hatch happy new year and happy brewing

congrats now just leave it ALONE for at least 3 weeks

I know its hard to do

as I was doing the vulcan mind meld every night with my first batch

lol

:tank:

the receipe said to bring the water to a boil then remove from heat add the extract and if i didnt need to add anything that i didnt have to boil the wort again but im a little worried cause the fermentor is only bubbling every 15 to 20 sec at 68 to 72 degrees. and my og. was 1.016 is that ok:confused:

What route are you going to take with this brew? Leave it in Primary until bottle or rack to Secondary?

What was the OG?

Welcome aboard the brewing wagon...
