Pardon my geekiness here, but I just had to post this! My self-ground mash is in the MLT (3 degrees low), I'm heating my sparge water on my new burner outside in the falling temps and light rain, and I'm enjoying the HECK out of this. Damn, I love brewing!
Thanks to all of you who--knowingly or otherwise--have guided me this far! After I sparge and get my boil going, my 1st home brew of the day will be dedicated to you!
