Keeping the cider momentum going into the new year....just fired up my 1st 2018 batch and 2nd overall....not counting my almost week old ice cider.

WLP775 Cider yeast
Speidel 7.9gal fermenator

Room temp 66-68F
Nothing else to be added...until secondaries.
