I was walking through IKEA today with my girl and this caught my eye.

It's made as a laundry bin, but is all stainless steal (I don't know why anyone would need a SS laundry bin) The bottom has tiny little plastic stubs for "feet" which looked like they could easily be removed.
It felt pretty sturdy, but was pretty light weight compared to a converted keg.
Unfortunately the bottom is pretty thin; it would kind of flex when pushing on it. Would that be able to hold up to a flame for an hour without warping or anything? The sides definitely felt sturdy enough to handle a step drill to make holes for a spigot, etc.
I was thinking maybe it would have use as a HLT, or MLT for larger batches. And if there was an easy way to seal the lid, it would be great for fermentation.
