I contacted Inkbird and asked if they just sold the 12" sensor probe for the ITC-308S

They made a product that day and I bought it. Just got it yesterday and it's really nice quality and works with my ITC-1000. They even included the 1/8" jack, which I already have, but it was nice they included the connector.

Great for monitoring fermentation temps, or putting in a bottle for more accurate temperature control.

Look for the stc1000+ threads. One of the big things was timers added by upgrading firmware. I'd love that option so I can lager easily.
