Is a 13.2 gallon keg (50L) good enough to turn into a keggle or should I stick with a 15.5gallon keg.
Planning on doing a all electric build

It's a little wider and a little shorter so you would have to adjust your water due to more boil off. Shouldn't be a big difference.
 
Depends on batches you want. I'm getting 12 gal batches into the fermenter from a 15g kettle. Things are a little sketchy with the hot break, but workable. If you're planning 10g or less you should be just fine with a little attention to detail.
